The dark skin babies born in Manitoba in 2017 were born with darker skin than expected, and that’s why some parents are wondering whether it’s time to have children with dark complexions.
“There are still people who are saying it’s OK to have darker skin,” said Laura Boulton, who is pregnant with her fourth child.
